1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to websites, tools and digital services operated by MIRS Innovate Pte. Ltd. (“MIRS”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including MIRS Drone Show and MIRS Social Publisher (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use the Services for a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization and connect any relevant accounts or business assets.
3. MIRS Social Publisher
MIRS Social Publisher may allow an authorized user to connect a supported social-media account, view permitted account or content information, prepare content, upload media, or submit approved content to a third-party platform. Available functions depend on the permissions granted by the user and the rules, review status, availability and technical limitations of each platform.
Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of that account to MIRS. You remain responsible for confirming the correct account, content, caption, disclosures, privacy setting and publication decision.
4. Connected Platforms
The Services may connect with third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta products or Pinterest. Those platforms are independent of MIRS. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, community guidelines, advertising rules and technical limits.
We do not guarantee that any platform will approve an integration, maintain a feature, accept a post, publish at a requested time or continue providing API access. Platform outages, reviews, rate limits and policy changes may delay or prevent an action.
5. Accounts and Security
- Use only accounts and business assets that you own or are authorized to manage.
- Keep your login credentials secure and do not share passwords or verification codes with us.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of a connected account.
- You may revoke a platform connection through the platform’s settings where that option is available.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you provide through the Services. You grant MIRS a limited permission to process, store, format and transmit that content only as necessary to provide the requested functionality. You confirm that you have the rights, licences, permissions and releases required for the content and its intended use.
You are responsible for complying with laws and platform rules concerning copyright, trademarks, privacy, music, advertising disclosures, branded content, endorsements and other third-party rights.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to:
- access or control an account without authorization;
- publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful content;
- send spam or conduct artificial engagement, impersonation or platform manipulation;
- circumvent platform safeguards, rate limits, reviews or access restrictions;
- introduce malware, interfere with the Services or attempt to access credentials, tokens or systems without permission; or
- use platform data for a purpose not disclosed to or authorized by the relevant user.
8. Privacy and Data
Our handling of personal information is described in the MIRS Privacy Policy. Data received from connected platforms is used only for authorized service functions, security, troubleshooting and compliance. Access tokens and similar credentials must be stored securely and are not sold.
9. Intellectual Property
Except for user content and third-party materials, the Services, interfaces, code, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to MIRS. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
10. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services for maintenance, security, legal, platform-policy or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where practical, we will take reasonable steps to protect stored data and communicate material service changes.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access if use of the Services violates these Terms, platform rules, applicable law or creates security or operational risk. You may stop using the Services and revoke connected-platform access at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIRS disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIRS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss caused by a third-party platform, rejected or delayed publication, platform outage, unauthorized account activity outside our reasonable control, or content supplied by a user. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, platform requirements, law or business operations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be submitted to the courts of Singapore.
