Deloitte Singapore
Big Bash 2026 Drone Show
— Sentosa
Mission Objective
The Brief
Deloitte Singapore Family Day - Big Bash 2026 was a people-first gathering. The closing moment needed to feel generous, collective and memorable for colleagues, families and loved ones, without losing the visual precision expected of a premium outdoor drone show.
A Shared Finale
MIRS Drone Show created a 200-drone aerial finale for Southside Sentosa, using the open night sky to give the entire audience one shared point of focus. The show was structured as a celebratory closing sequence rather than a product launch, supporting the event's emphasis on culture, community and wellbeing.

Creative Performance Design
Designing for a Family-Day Audience
A corporate family day asks for a different type of spectacle. The visual language needs to be accessible from the ground, easy for all ages to read and paced to bring an audience together at the end of a long shared programme. The design direction prioritised clear silhouettes, bright transitions and celebratory scale across the Southside Sentosa viewing environment.
A Moment People Could Share
The finale was conceived as an audience experience first. Each sequence gave guests time to look up, record the moment and share it with the people beside them, while the overall rhythm carried the event into a confident final close.
- Family-first visuals Clear formations designed for a broad outdoor audience
- Finale pacing A measured build-up leading into a collective closing moment
- Shareable perspective Composed for guests recording from the ground
- Sentosa sightlines Built for the outdoor Southside Sentosa viewing area
On-Site Execution
Pre-Show Planning
A 200-drone performance at an active event site requires disciplined preparation before the audience arrives. The operational plan covers the flight area, ground setup, systems checks, timing and crew coordination so the audience can experience the finale as one seamless moment.
Show-Night Delivery
On 4 July, the team moved through setup, testing and final readiness checks before the Big Bash closing sequence. The result was a reliable aerial performance that gave Deloitte colleagues and their families a memorable final chapter to the day.
